HOW TO MAKE COCONUT LAMAW A BISAYA SNACK



For today recipe we will make a coconut lamaw, it is a bisaya snack made with coconut juice and coconut flesh that is usually farmers in bohol can make. But first gather the following ingredients to make the simple snack.

Ingredients :
3pcs. Fresh Coconut
1 1/2 Condensed Milk
1 Pack Powdered milk
5 Packs of Skyflakes ( or any plain biscuits)
Ice cubes

Equipment :
Spoon and pork
Container 
Bolo knife 
Glass 
Planer coconut scraper

PROCESS :
Step 1: Open the coconuts and take out the juices first the after that scrape out the coconut flesh and put it in the container or pitcher.

Step 2: Mix the skyflakes biscuits, condense milk and powdered milk in the same container where the coconut juice and coconut flesh are placed. And add the ice cubes and 2 cups of water to balance the sweetness. Serve and enjoy!
